Matthew is a goofy hybrid macaw looking for a patient home to call his own. He can be reserved at first, but his true personality shows when he's comfortable around his favorite people. He is very quick to let you know if he doesn't favor you and due to some of his behavioral issues, Matthew requires an adult only, macaw savvy home. Since he does have feather destructive tendencies, that can lead to needing medical attention, he needs a home near an avian vet. Matthew loves singing/dancing to music, sneaking around on the floor, and supervising daily activities. He would do best in a stable, patient environment that is willing to work with him at his own pace. If you are interested in meeting Matthew, please fill out an application today!
