Dot is a 12yr old Boston Terrier mix. I have had her for 10yrs. She is a wonderful pet for adults. She can entertain herself with tennis balls and her stuffed toys. She doesn't shred her stuffed animal toys. She obeys well and is willing to please owner.Dot has had trouble adjusting to us having a baby. Our son will be turning 3, and she has progressively gotten worse in behavior towards him. Older kids are fine, she has played well with 10yr old and above. She has had surgery on her left hind leg for a torn ACL. It has been 3yrs and she recovered well. She is still pretty active but will limp if overly active or it is cold outside. Dot would do much better with a low active household. If you want a more simple companion she would do great with you.
